Em virtude de n\u00e3o ter o SESI de Santa Catarina (para os empregados da cozinha na Unidade de Uberl\u00e2ndia) a
Conven\u00e7\u00e3o Coletiva de Trabalho da categoria do ano de 2020, foi ajuizada pelo SENALBA uma A\u00e7\u00e3o de
Cumprimento, a qual tramita perante a 45\u00aa Vara do Trabalho de Belo Horizonte, sob o n\u00famero 0010170-
26.2021.5.03.0183.
A a\u00e7\u00e3o foi julgada procedente e, na execu\u00e7\u00e3o, houve a concord\u00e2ncia do SESI SC com os c\u00e1lculos apresentados pelo SENALBA.
O valor foi pago pelo SESI SC e o Sindicato far\u00e1 o pagamento do cr\u00e9dito a cada empregado(a) ou ex-
empregado(a) que tiver direito, sendo que dever\u00e1 ser realizado contato com o Sindicato exclusivamente pelo e- mail: supervisao@senalbamg.org.br, onde ser\u00e1 necess\u00e1rio informar o nome completo, o telefone e de qual
processo se trata, no caso, basta informar SESI SC.
Ap\u00f3s o envio do e-mail o Sindicato ir\u00e1 solicitar os dados pessoais e banc\u00e1rios para que seja feito a transfer\u00eancia do valor devido.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
