Patr\u00e3o quer produtividade, mas n\u00e3o quer saber se o trabalhador est\u00e1 doente. O objetivo central \u00e9 garantir que as empresas desempenhem um papel ativo na promo\u00e7\u00e3o da sa\u00fade de seus funcion\u00e1rios \u2014 e n\u00e3o apenas tolerem sua aus\u00eancia quando j\u00e1 \u00e9 tarde demais.\n  <\/p>\n\n  <p>\n    Especialistas apontam que a medida pode ajudar a aumentar a ades\u00e3o a exames preventivos e campanhas de vacina\u00e7\u00e3o, reduzindo casos graves e mortes evit\u00e1veis. O diagn\u00f3stico precoce do c\u00e2ncer, em especial, \u00e9 determinante para o sucesso do tratamento \u2014 e muitas vezes ele n\u00e3o ocorre por falta de tempo ou de informa\u00e7\u00e3o. Essa lei ataca as duas barreiras ao mesmo tempo.\n  <\/p>\n\n  <h2>N\u00e3o Podemos Ser Ing\u00eanuos<\/h2>\n\n  <p>\n    Essa lei \u00e9 fruto de press\u00e3o, debate e de uma vis\u00e3o que coloca o trabalhador no centro. Mas a hist\u00f3ria mostra que direito conquistado pode ser direito retirado.
