Mat\u00e9ria revisada em 07 de Junho de 2024<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Em 2019 o Sindicato verificou que a APAE de Santa Luzia n\u00e3o cumpriu as Conven\u00e7\u00f5es Coletivas de Trabalho dos anos de 2018 e 2019, relativamente \u00e0 cl\u00e1usula 41\u00aa que previa a obrigatoriedade da APAE em enviar ao Sindicato c\u00f3pia da RAIS, ou rela\u00e7\u00e3o de empregados em que conste o cargo, sal\u00e1rio, a admiss\u00e3o e a demiss\u00e3o quando for o caso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Assim, o Sindicato ajuizou a A\u00e7\u00e3o de Cumprimento, processo judicial n.\u00ba: 0011489-70.2019.5.03.0095, que corre perante a Vara do Trabalho de Santa Luzia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ap\u00f3s ter ganho a a\u00e7\u00e3o, na execu\u00e7\u00e3o do processo foi feito acordo entre as partes para pagamento dos cr\u00e9ditos dos substitu\u00eddos, em 18 parcelas mensais venc\u00edveis todo dia 15, a come\u00e7ar em 15\/04\/2024 e os repasses aos(\u00e0s) substitu\u00eddos(as) seguir\u00e1 a ordem do menor valor para o maior, evitando com isso que pequenos cr\u00e9ditos sejam parcelados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

O pagamento ser\u00e1 feito pelo departamento financeiro do Sindicato que funciona em Belo Horizonte por meio de dep\u00f3sito banc\u00e1rio via PIX ou transfer\u00eancia e, para tanto, precisamos que quem tiver direito a receber, conforme listagem a seguir, entre em contato com o SENALBA exclusivamente<\/u> pelo e-mail <\/strong>supervisao@senalbamg.org.br<\/a> Para agilidade nos pagamentos, \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio ainda colocar no corpo do e-mail o nome completo e no assunto do processo: PROCESSO APAE SANTA LUZIA.<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
